Welcome to Gordian 1729. By creating an account, registering, or using any Gordian 1729 platform application (including the Portal, BuildMySkillResume, KitKit, and NumberCraft), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Registration and Account

Only registered, logged-in users may save their data to the cloud. Anonymous or unauthenticated visitors can use the applications for viewing and local experimentation, but cloud saving requires a valid account.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
You agree to notify us promptly if you discover any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the services, attempt to access data you are not authorized to access, or disrupt the platform.
You may not upload content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, or infringes the rights of others.
Solely registered users may store their personal data and documents on the cloud as part of the service.

4. Data and Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By accepting these terms, you also acknowledge and consent to the collection and storage of your profile information, and to receiving important updates and promotions via telegram if you explicitly opt in.

5. Cloud Storage

Cloud saving is a privilege granted to registered users only.
While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, you are encouraged to keep local backups of important work.
We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts and data in case of violation of these terms.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
